Reflective Body Journal blends yoga, yoga philosophy, and dance to support transformation—especially when you are moving toward something new. This practice aligns your ideas, hopes, and goals with your energy, allowing you to truly embody what you want to experience.

It is a space to deepen body–mind awareness, explore the modern body in motion, and move from observation into intentional, informed action.

Reflective Body Journal Class blends yoga, dance, and guided journaling into a single, intentional practice. Each session is designed to help you set the tone for your day—and your week—while cultivating strength, inspiration, and sharpened intuition.

You’ll move through a balance of grounding and energizing sequences, with space to reflect through prompts you can take home and revisit. The class is open to all levels, from beginners to advanced movers, with options to adapt every element to your own rhythm and needs.

Yoga as a Reflective Practice Within the Method

Within the Reflective Body Journal Method, yoga functions as a reflective practice that supports patient and client adherence.

It offers a structured, embodied context in which individuals can observe physical sensation, habit formation, and response to change — without prescribing outcomes or behaviors.

Used alongside other forms of movement and care, yoga and reflective journaling support integration, continuity, and sustained engagement throughout the change process.
